Hi there!

A groovy show today, don't forget to call in early to make sure you get through (Sorry Bob, we ran out of time today to answer your question on-air!)

Righto - Glenda called in with a great query about Flash.  Flash is a plugin that is available for most Internet browsers which allows you use "enhanced" web pages.  Generally this means moving bits on the Internet which often allow you to click on things and interact with them.

To check and see if you have flash installed correctly - visit : http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/welcome/ - this will test adobe shockwave and adobe flash installations.  If the boxes say  "installation complete" - you are all set!

To install flash - visit  http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and follow the prompts.  With many browsers this will come up with a warning, or a "yellow bar" at the top of the page.  It is safe to install flash & the associated programs using this link.

Thanks to John who called in with a question on a error message that popped up about sharing files on the Internet.  It was a little tough to answer without knowing the exact error message - so if you are reading this John, feel free to post the error message below and I will do my best to help!

That's it for this week, see you online (or on the air in a fortnight!)

:)RG
