The service from this business is fantastic.  Unbelievably helpful, they explain in no geek terms, fast service and very reasonable charges.  They built my computer from very basic instructions as to what I wanted when I didn't really know what I was talking about.  I've since returned for advice and assistance and service is just as good.  Wow, I didn't think this type of service existed in Cairns anymore.

 I have mainly dealt with Rene, he is so helpful but the other guys there are great as well.  They never try and push products on to you, they  just explain what the problem is and what is needed and then give you the options according to cost, reliability, life span etc.   The last time I needed help I was expecting to have to leave the hard drive and come back instead they fixed the problem there and then and only charged for the part, I was in an out in 30 mins.  Fantastic!
