Hi,

If this is a new laptop, ask the vendor to take a look at this for you.

From: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/startups/NDSTray.exe-3610.html
Quote
NDSTray.exe: ConfigFreeT Tray on a Toshiba laptop. Tray utility for their network switching application which permits switching network devices and settings with a click on the tray icon. While it is not required, for people who span multiple networks and want an easy way to go from wired to wireless and change addresses and other network settings, it's a must have.

CFSServ.exe is a Toshiba Laptop utility that allows you to easily change computer settings in a quick manner.

The following assumes you are running Windows XP, but other versions of Windows should be similar.

If you simply want to stop these programs from attempting to start, Click "Start" then "run", type "msconfig" in the box and click "OK". Click on the Startup tab, untick the programs you want to disable and click "OK".

If you want these programs to run, the answer is here: http://laptopforums.toshiba.com/t5/General-Technology/Missing-dll/m-p/3222

Try reinstalling this Toshiba utility...

My computer looks like it's booting normally except I get the error: I have no root and I want to scream.
