Hi, I 'm having trouble again with a website I regularly access. http://www.exclusivdesigns.com/browbandsupplies.htm
It's an on-line catalogue.   When I click on the "Diamonte Bandings/Chain" box on the left it opens up but all the photos don't download and some load but only half of of the photo.    I previously had a problem with this site only loading a portion of the photos and reported it to the owner and they split the page into two and it fixed the problem, it was loading perfectly.   I don't think anything has changed but I'm now encountering a similar problem.  I have satellite broadband and I'm not sure if this is the problem or not.  Any ideas would be appreciated.  Thank you

I don't think the problem has changed too much there. Far too many images trying to load. I don't know that much about websites, but I am stringing a fairly image intensive website together, and I use a 'picture gallery' 'plug-in' to handle the graphic content. This gets the page loaded in a hurry, with thumbnail views of the images at associated with that page. A simple click opens the image, very quickly, to its actual size.

You might suggest to your contacts that they do similar, or hand the task over to some geeky type who could competently advise them of their  options in the content management side of consumer websites.

I really doubt that the problem is at your end, even with the limitations of satellite - the website is plain poorly designed, or at least, out grown it's original purpose or scope.
