It appears to have fixed itself. I did have a Malware problem( my computer was hijacked by a program called Privacy Center). I appealed for help from Trend Micro support staff and they sorted it out ,but, after that I found that   I could not update my Security software nor could I open Google Start. Now after 4 days both became operative at about the same time even though the support staff were still working on the update problem. Now wonder I stayed a motor mechanic computers are too smart for me. putput
